Turn off Gurobi internal cut only at root node

Dear support team,

I am developing a branch-and-cut algorithm for my problem. At the root node,  I want to use the callback function to define my own cut while turning the Gurobi internal cuts off. However, the internal cuts may be needed in other nodes. Is it possible to turn off these cuts only at the root node?
