Different results solving the same problem twice with a for loop

Hi there,

I'm using MATLAB as my programming environment and Gurobi as my problem solver with YALMIP toolbox. I was trying to solve the same MILP problem twice in a for loop, and I got different results. The continuous variable had been added in the second process, and I had defined 2484 variables. 

How could I solve this? Thank you very much.

  Is the only difference between the models that you add some continuous variables that aren't used in the constraints or objective? If so, does this still occur with Gurobi 9.0.2?

  Hi Eli,

  Actually I didn't add the continuous variables. The software add them itself. And I tried Gurobi 9.0.2, and the problem still exists.
