Accessing optimization iteration data

Dear community,

I am quite new to gurobi and until now I mainly used the solver without having more interest in the optimization process itself. Now, I want to get a deeper look into what is happening inside the solver.

Therefore, I was wondering, if it is possible to access the optimization iterations interim results, e.g. the current objective function value, the corresponding decision variables, gradients and others. In my case, I am working with a linear problem.

  You can access a lot of intermediate information via callbacks (see here for the list of callback codes).
