jupyter notebook missing from tutorial materials

hi,

thanks a lot for developing the tutorials at https://www.gurobi.com/resource/tutorial-mixed-integer-linear-programming/

I found them very informative. I've been running the notebooks using our company wide license. 

unfortunately, the jupyter notebook referenced in lesson

Chapter #12: Jupyter Notebook #3 - Why MIP Is Better than Simple Heuristics

is missing from the list of supporting materials.

Could you please upload it as well?
