No Gurobi license found problem

Hi，

 

I had run a model on C# with Gurobi 8 and it had worked until yesterday.

However, there is some problem yesterday.

When I am running my program, it will show "Error code: 10009. No Gurobi license found " after a few iterations of the program.

I have changed the license file directory, changed my Gurobi_env directory, and even compiled my program on my friend's PC, and they all get the same results: "No Gurobi license found".

Is there any maintenance on Gurobi, I have no idea how to deal with this situation. What should I do?

  Hi May,

  If this is a Free Academic license then the only connection to one of our servers is done when installing the license. Gurobi will not communicate again and cause your license to fail. I will open a support request to discuss your license issue within this request privately.

  Hi, I´m getting kind of the same problem here. I make many optimizations in a loop and in some iterations I get the "No Gurobi license found" problem.
