I am a student at the University of British Columbia. As part of my honours degree I am working on an application that uses linear optimization to aid students in their degree planning. Along with my supervisor, we are looking to host the service within UBC and make it available to all UBC students. We would like to know if we can make use of GUROBI to host this service to students at no cost.
