Getting results in a spesific way

Hello everyone, these days i have some difficulties in getting result in a way i wanted.

My optimization problem have 4 indices [staff,day,shift,departmant]. i want to see my results in a matrix shape where rows represent staff, days are placed in columns and shift and dep. are seen in cell like --> (Shift, Dep). Pandas will be used obviously. Thank you for all interest in advance have a nice one. Sincerely.
