Adding variables of 2D and 3D arrays

Hi I am a bit new to gurobi and have a model written in c++ and optimised by cplex that I am trying to rewrite using gurobi classes and objects. I am having trouble creating and defining the 3D and 2D array variables. Any ideas on how I can formulate these. The model will include many other loops with variables similar to the image attached. they will later be added to the objective function. Will appreciate any help!

  Please have a look at our sudoku_c++.cpp example, where a 3 dimensional array of optimization variables is used.
