I was trying to get each matrix of parameters by reading data from excel. After defining parameters into dictionaries in python; I'm getting an error while making constraint definition. Error is unsupported operand type for int and dict. I coulnd't find the way to figure out the problem. Please help me with fixing this issue. Thank you

  Could you please share at least one of the excel files you use to make this issue reproducible? It would be great if you could reduce the size of the problem further to only use 1 excel file and 1 \(\texttt{for}\)-loop.
