Gurobi academic licence - can't connect to VPN

I can't connect to my institution's VPN, and I'm not on site so I can't go access the network directly. Are there any other options to download the academic licence? Maybe another way for me to confirm that I am associated with that institution?

  If you cannot connect to your institution's VPN but are eligible for a free academic license, please open a Support Ticket in our Support Portal and one of our Support Team members will help you out.
