    Hi José

To set a MIP start vector in R, you need to use the start model argument. Assuming \(\mathbf{x}\) represent the MIP start vector and \(\texttt{model}\) is the Gurobi model, you can set the start vector as:

    model$start <- x

Please note that you need to specify a value for each variable in the vector \(\mathbf{x}\). If there is no initial value for a given variable, you can set its start value to NA, which instructs the Gurobi Optimizer to try to fill in a value for that variable.

    Best regards,

    Maliheh
