Can gurobi optimize SOS1 variables?

I have an ILP optimization problem and I use the special ordered set of type 1(SOS1) to transform it into a linear program with only binary optimization variables. However, my optimization variables are all belongs to SOS1 which means that the x1,x2,... in C^T*X are all SOS1. Can gurobi solve this problem?

  Gurobi can handle SOS constraints. You can add these special constraints via the addSOS() method.
