Solving Large MILP

Hello. I am trying to solve a network flow and location selection problem. The original problem is very large, with 23 Million variables. I am trying out a smaller scale problem with 200000 variables. I am using an academic license to solve this. The model is taking more than 10 hours to solve (it is not stopped yet). 

I wanted to know if there are any ways to improve the speed. From a modeling perspective, any parameters in the solver that I could tweak, or any other methods that could help solve it faster? I am using Google cloud pro to solve it.
