Update Gurobi to a newer version throwing error

Even I have Gurobi Lic 11.0.0 I am  not able to upgrade and getting below errors

  Hi Sudheer,

  This error is not related to your license. You need to use a Python version that is compatible with Gurobi v11. I suspect you may be using Python 3.7.
