No solution found when using an objective function

I have an MIP which consists of roughly 3 000 000 binary variables before presolve (2 000 000 after presolve).
The goal is to generate timetables according to constraints.
My decision variables array is a 4D array whose dimensions are :
- days
- time slots
- rooms
- sessions
When i don't use an objective function, I am able to find a feasible solution in less than 20-25 minutes ; however, when I try to use an objective function, the optimization just goes on forever and will eventually show warning messages such as :
Warning: 1 variables dropped from basis
Warning: switch to quad precision
or
Warning : Markowitz tolerance tightened
Do you have any idea on how to get a suboptimal solution in decent time (less than 1 hour) ?
Do i have to reformulate my whole model to try and make it smaller ?

If you have a feasible solution for objective zero, you could provide this as a MIP start. There are different ways to do this. You can set the Start attributes to the corresponding warm-start values or read a .mst or .sol solution file with Model.read(). You could also let Gurobi solve the model without setting an objective, then change the model by setting the objective and optimize again. Gurobi should then automatically use the previous solution as a MIP start.
However, from your log, it seems that the solver is already struggling when solving the root relaxation (in particular, in the simplex phase). A MIP start will not help with that. You could try setting DegenMoves=0 or tightening BarConvTol.
