I have set of trade transaction data which contains delivery account, receiving account and the quantity as pandas data frame. The transactions can be happen either fully or partially according to some constraints (ie stock balance of an account, settled quantity <= quantity etc.). I would like to calculate the optimum settled amount using gurobi. Please suggest a solution for that.
