Google colab and Gurobi
AnsweredI teach linear programming in my courses and I use Google colab for Python generation of big LPs. It would be great if Gurobi made a small free version that could handle a small amount of variables and I could load up on colab without having to deal with license issues and software. It could even be an old version of Gurobi.

Hi Joshua,
Thank you for your interest in Gurobi!
With Gurobi 9.1.1, a pip installation of the product will automatically include a size-limited (2000 variables, 2000 linear constraints, and 200 quadratic constraints) license that should work in a Docker container, which is used by Google Colab.
Gurobi 9.1.1 should be released by the end of this week.
Thank you,
Rodrigo

That is excellent news. I would much rather teach Gurobi than some of the community supported python APIs. You guys should publicize it on coursera also. I found many nice courses there.

Is there a list of bug fixes or other changes in 9.1.1 vs. 9.1.0? 9.1.1 is not currently listed listed in https://www.gurobi.com/resource/fixes/ .

We haven't updated that webpage for the 9.1.1 changes, but we are working on it.
