can't install gurobi

Hi , 

I can't install gurobi. The conda command fails. I downloaded the installation package. It seems it has been installed. I see it under anaconda3. But, I can't import it. I'm using python 3.8.3

  What kind of error do you get? Did you have a look at our Knowledge Base article How do I resolve the error "UnsatisfiableError" when using conda install?

  when I run conda install command, I get:

  "Solving environment: failed with initial frozen solve. Retrying with flexible solve."

   

  I also downloaded the installer for mac. it finished successfully (no error during installation). But, I can't import it in my code. I can see gurobi-9.0.3-py36_0 under anaconda3/pkgs. I dropped license under gurobi-9.0.3-py36_0 folder.

   

  Notes: I'm using python 3.8 on mac
