The relationship between the hardware and the calculation speed of gurobi?

Hi,

How do the cores, threads and cpu frequency influence the calculation time of gurobi,respectively? which one is the main factor of the gurobi calculation performance or whether improving any of the three factors can greatly improve the computational performance of gurobi.

  Stronger CPUs definitely improve performance of any numerical algorithm and thus, also improve Gurobi's performance. Regarding number of cores/threads, there is no general rule and often has to be tested individually. From experience one could say that 8 threads often perform well.
