New Academic License Key

I am a grad student with an academic license. I recently bought a new computer and receive the following error message when I try to reinstall Gurobi with the existing license key. Can someone please help me reinstall Gurobi?

Can you please request a separate academic license for your new computer? To do so, follow the instructions for a named-user academic license on the Academic Program and Licenses page.
