Gurobi can't read my username

I have an academic license, but when i want to run a model, i get the following error:

gurobipy.GurobiError: User name mismatch (licensed to 'rubenklaas', current user is ' ').

When running whoami, the response is:

rubenklaas

How can this be solved?
