Does the academic license cover online courses

I saw somewhere that licenses were available for users of MOOC's .

However the terms on this site seem to restrict licenses to degree-awarding bodies.

I'm doing a series f courses from the Unv Melbourne via Coursera.

Am I eligible for a license?
