How to transfer the Gurobi student academic license to new laptop

How to get transferred my old student academic license into new laptop? My old laptop was not working properly and bought the new one. I already got the license and using the gurobi on my old laptop. Whenever I try to get the license at new laptop with my university email where I already having the student license then it give the error. so, how to resolve this issue.
Please guide me.

  You can generate additional academic license. Please see How do I request additional free Academic Named-User licenses?,  How do I obtain a free academic license?. If you are unable to generate a license yourself, you can open a request through our Help Center and our licensing team can assist.
