Hello, 

I encountered a  problem that I don't know how to express the following constraints in Gurobi. 

where, Q are expressions defined by decision variables,  d_ik are decision variables , W are the similar expression at different period.

I tried to use the following form, 

but the following TypeError are given out :So could you please give me some idea to this problem. Thank you!

  The issue could be the < it has to be either <=, >= or ==

  Check if that works
