R 4.0.0 + Gurobi 9.0.*

I tried installing the gurobi R package built with R 3.6.* for use with R 4.0.0. The installation succeeds, but the code will not run due to the version mismatch. Does anybody have a workaround for getting the R package to work with R 4.0.0? I assume an updated R package will be released eventually, but till then...

  Gurobi 9.0.3, released earlier this week, supports R 4.0.2.
