Inserting solution in preexisting tree

Hello, I am using different heuristics to get good solutions for a Routing Problem. I want to insert these solutions into the Branch and Bound tree and maintain the previously generated nodes, but when I insert a solution using the Start attribute, and run model.optimize(), the model is run from scratch, and I lose the previous Best Bound. Is there a way to do this?
