    Hi!

Well, MIP solving is NP-hard and sometimes the optimal solution cannot be proven so quickly. You should try to understand what the main bottleneck is (dual bound improvement, primal bound improvement, node throughput, etc.) and then try to find better parameter settings. This article about how to interpret the log should be helpful: MIP Logging (gurobi.com)

You may also try the automatic parameter tuning tool: Parameter Tuning Tool (gurobi.com)

    I hope that helps!

    Cheers,
    Matthias
