Why does the model not converge to a solution?

This is a screenshot of the running problem. It's been stuck in the 18.4% for quite some time. Why dies this happen?

  Hi!

  Well, MIP solving is NP-hard and sometimes the optimal solution cannot be proven so quickly. You should try to understand what the main bottleneck is (dual bound improvement, primal bound improvement, node throughput, etc.) and then try to find better parameter settings.
