gurobipy.GurobiError: User name mismatch (licensed to 'gebruiker', current user is 'joris')

Dear Support team,

After I installed the license i have trouble with the following error: gurobipy.GurobiError: User name mismatch (licensed to 'gebruiker', current user is 'joris'). I don't know how to alter my name on the gurobi license or in a prompt. Do you perhaps know a solution?

  Hi Joris,

  Looks like Gurobi is finding someone else's license on your machine.

  I can see there are a couple of licenses under your name which have not. been installed yet.  Please follow the instructions in this article to download your license file:
  https://support.gurobi.com/hc/en-us/articles/13207658935185-How-do-I-retrieve-an-Academic-Named-User-license

  If the issue still persists then I suggest using the GRB_LICENSE_FILE environment variable to instruct Gurobi where to find your license file, as per the following article:
