Named-user license cannot be installed in administrator account

I used the free license at the beginning, but the function is limited, after applying for the academic license, I uninstalled the software and re-installed it, and when I activated it, there was an error, how can I solve it?

  Also,when I install liciense for academic in first, cmd erro:

  error : ERROR 404: Named-user license cannot be installed in administrator account

  Hi 琪 李,

  As you can see in the error message, the license cannot be used for users "Administrator" or "root". If you use a different user account on your machine to run grbgetkey, then you should not get this error message anymore.
