user name changed
AnsweredHi,
I have a similar problem as here: https://support.gurobi.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360055251271-No-user-name-User-name-mismatch-error?input_string=user%20name%20changed
From R:
Error: Error 10009: User name mismatch (licensed to 'sqc', current user is 'christoph.strauss') - license file 'C:\gurobi810\gurobi.lic'
Is there a solution around? (Our IT changed my user name as gurobi detected correctly)

You need a new license. If you are an academic user, get a new license from the Gurobi website. If you are a commercial user, open a ticket on support.gurobi.com to request a license transfer.

Thanks Greg, that soved my problem. For completeness the link to the licences: https://www.gurobi.com/downloads/end-user-license-agreement-academic/
When you are at "my licences" (https://www.gurobi.com/account/), you can't find a reference to this page. That was confusiong to me...
Thus, you can close this request.
