SolverStudio utf-8 decode error, please help!

Hello,

I am writing a thesis on Excel SolverStudio. From the very start I have this encoding error I attached to this post. I am not using any non-latin characters. I haven't even started writing the model. UTF-8 code I found online doesn't work, and I can't find anyone having this error as I do.

  Hi Eylül,

  I suspect that there is some issue with the Excel file.

  Could you please try to read your Excel data with some other tool to check whether there aren't any weird encodings/characters present? I would recommend exporting the table to CSV format and then reading this back in using Python, etc.

  I don't know how to export the table to CSV format, but I will try to read the data on Cplex. I will update here if it goes well.
