Inserting the gurobi license key says "Problem with HTML command"

Even if I insert the gurobi license key into the terminal, it says "Problem with HTML command" as shown in the log below and the license file cannot be downloaded.

What can I do to download the gurobi license file?

pyenv: 3.51
anaconda: 3.4.0
gurobi: 8.0.0

  This version of grbgetkey is out of date. Please update your Gurobi installation -- the license tools are included in the installation package. Here is a guide to updating: How do I update my Gurobi installation to a newer version?
