How do I update my email address, name, or phone number?

Updating your email address

If you need to change the email address associated with your Gurobi Portal account, please register for a new account on the Gurobi User Portal using your new email address and your current contact information.

If you would like to transfer ownership of your commercial licenses to someone else, please log in to the User Portal at portal.gurobi.com. Then in the Home tab, under the Licenses section select Request a License Transfer as shown below. Proceed to fill out the required details. The license will need to be associated with your Gurobi account, and you will also need to provide the license number to our team. Additionally, the new owner will need to have already created an account at gurobi.com. Register here.

Updating your name or phone number

1. Log in to your Gurobi Portal account.
2. In the left panel, click on "Home." Under the Account Information tab, click "Review your profile information." This will open your profile details.
3. On this page, click the "EDIT" button in the top right corner.
4. Update your first and last name or phone number in the pop-up screen, then click "Next" and save your changes.
