What is the Gurobi User Portal?

On February 27, 2023, we launched our newly redesigned Gurobi User Portal. It has a slick new look that's easy to navigate and easy to use with:

• A new central platform for managing both commercial and free licenses of all types
• A newly designed license request system
• Improved user guidance with direct links to documentation and downloads
• Support for online and offline license installation

Plus, with the Gurobi User Portal we introduced these new features:

• Redesigned Single Sign-On (SSO) – With the Gurobi SSO, you can access all Gurobi online services—with a fully redesigned user experience for registration, sign-in, and password management.
• Improved Password Policy – The Gurobi User Portal now enforces a more secure password policy by requiring 12 characters at a minimum, including at least a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a digit, and a special character.
• Updating Your Password: When accessing your account for the first time in the new portal, we will send you a temporary password to your registered email address. Please enter this password and proceed by changing the password to access your account.
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) – The Gurobi User Portal now supports 2-factor authentication. This optional feature adds an extra layer of security to your account, by requiring users to confirm their identity via an authentication device or app before logging in. You can enable this feature on your account home page.
