Additional ways to contact your TAM include:
- Email: You may have received your TAM’s name and email address in prior license delivery or onboarding communications.
- Account Manager: Your Account Manager and their contact information are listed on the homepage of the Gurobi User Portal. They can then coordinate between you and a Technical Account Manager.
