To create a new request, click the link marked "Submit a request" near the top right corner. You can attach log files and screenshots if needed. When you click on your profile in the top right corner, you can see all of your previous requests. We provide some tips on best practices for submitting a request in our Knowledge Base article Submitting a Support Request.
To join the community, click the "Community" link at the top of any page. You can create a new post by clicking the button marked "New post". Please see Posting to the Community Forum for guidelines and recommendations on posting.
