Adding a user to a WLS license
If you would like another user in your organization to be able to use your organization’s WLS license, you can do so by generating an API key in the WLS Portal and sharing it with that user.
Note: For academic WLS licenses, sharing a license is not permitted, except in special exception cases that must be explicitly approved by Gurobi.
If you would like to add a user so that they can manage the license (for example, view usage or create API keys) in the WLS Portal, you will need to submit a support request to Gurobi. To submit a support request, visit Gurobot and click on the "Support Request" link.
To help us process your request more quickly, please ensure that:
- Each requested user has already created an account at gurobi.com. Register here.
- You select License update as the Category.
- You include the license ID.
- You provide the email address associated with each user’s Gurobi account.
Once received, we will add the specified users to the corresponding license ID.
Removing a user from a WLS license
If you would like to remove a user from the license, you will need to submit a support request to Gurobi. To submit a support request, visit Gurobot and click on the "Support Request" link.
To help us process your request more quickly, please ensure that:
- The user to be removed has no active API keys. Once the access is removed, all the API keys created by that account will no longer be valid.
- You select License update as the Category.
- You include the license ID.
