We do not renew expired free Online Course or free "self-serve" Academic Named-User licenses.
However, you can simply request and set up a new license to continue to use Gurobi:
Note: If you are unsure of what type of license you have, please refer to the Licenses view of your User Portal (be sure to set the "Expiration Status" filter to "All"). An Online Course license is listed as TYPE="Free Trial". A "self-serve" Named-User Academic is listed as TYPE="Free Academic". A "self-serve" Academic WLS license is listed as TYPE="WLS Compute Server".

For other license types, please submit a Support Request in the Gurobi Help Center and include your license ID.
